Channel Sales Representative

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing channel partners and identifying opportunities to expand our partner network. This role demands a blend of sales acumen, partnership management skills, and a deep understanding of our product offerings to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and agents.
  • Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand product reach and revenue opportunities.
  • Work closely with partners to develop sales strategies and plans that drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to partners on product offerings, sales techniques, and marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement channel marketing programs, including roadshows and webinars, to support partner sales efforts.
  • Manage and resolve partner concerns and issues promptly, ensuring partner satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze partner sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.
  • Capable of managing end-to-end projects from conception to execution, ensuring that all partner activities align with our business goals and objectives.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both verbal and written communication.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in partnership development and management.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Established connections in the agency sector.
  • Experience organizing and participating in roadshows and webinars.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects effectively.
