Channel Representative - West

Why Hover Wants You

As a Channel Representative on the Construction Sales Team at Hover, you will collaborate with Channel Management to build partnerships and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans that drive our strategic objectives. You’ll work in the field with partner GTM leaders and partner sales representatives to establish goals, align resources, and accomplish clear objectives for your programs.


In this role, you’ll develop strong relationships internally and externally, excelling in executive-level communication. You will identify and qualify new opportunities and relationships with regional or district partner sales teams to expand our business by advocating within partner sales organizations. You’ll also contribute to planning, executing, and ensuring the success of partner channel activities in your territory—these may include in-market events, brand days, product training, and individual relationship building. You are a self-starter who seeks creative ways to promote the Hover brand and our technology, encouraging partners to introduce their network of contractors to Hover sales. You’ll partner across Hover teams—including Sales and Marketing—to maximize value for Hover and our network of partners. This position will focus on the Pacific Northwest and Western Mountain West regions.

You Will Contribute By

  • Building and maintaining relationships with partners by understanding their objectives and acting as a trusted advisor for all things Hover
  • Executing on goals for new and existing strategic partnerships to ensure successful onboarding and outcomes
  • Meeting a lead generation quota on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Partnering closely with various cross-departmental stakeholders to achieve Channel goals and initiatives
  • Participating in cross-functional projects within Hover and identifying innovative ways our platform can help differentiate our partners and customers in the market

Your Background Includes

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, or customer success, preferably within B2B software
  • Experience with project or program management, CRM, or customer success tools
  • Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships quickly and effectively
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding measurable goals
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Excellent presentation skills, both virtually and in person
  • Ability to communicate clearly and distill complexity into action
  • Active interest in driving customer adoption and satisfaction, with genuine empathy for partners and customers
  • Growth mindset; flexible and adaptive to change

Hybrid roles at Hover

Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. This role will be a remote role focusing on the Pacific Northwest, and Western-Mountain West regions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position ranges from $68,000-$97,000 with an OTE of $97,000-$139,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
