Connatix is seeking a Channel Partnerships Manager to join our team! This role will be responsible for owning and growing the coverage of strategic programmatic partners, representing some of the largest companies in the advertising technology landscape. A key function of this role will be managing Demand-side partnerships, primarily DSPs and strategic buyers, which drive advertising spend to the Connatix Exchange. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, cultivating client relationships, uncovering partnership opportunities and working to drive revenue-growing initiatives both internally and with clients.

The ideal candidate should excel at partner management, solve commercial issues directly and technical escalations indirectly, quarterback internally to resolve larger problems, maximize value, and create strategies to grow our partnership base.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Planning: Manage and grow our partnerships across the largest partners through structured joint business planning and execution against strategic priorities.
  • Growth of Partnerships: Drive long-term revenue and strategic partnership value by developing understanding of clients’ businesses, technical challenges, operating environment and capabilities.
  • Relationship Management: Develop key relationships across the book of 
  • Account Planning: Create and deliver regular communications on top client initiatives, blockers and opportunities to internal stakeholders including Sales & Product teams.
  • Excellent Customer Service: Frequently engage all levels within our partners’ organizations, while independently running point on regular business reviews with partners
  • Product Strategy: Gain an understanding of the Connatix strategy and product offerings to be able to represent and ideate with partners
  • Product Feedback: Deliver relevant industry and product feedback to the Product teams and management team based on the needs and use cases to shape the roadmap.
  • Joint Buy-Side Education: Quarterback joint initiatives related to new buyer account activations, product development for upselling, and sales/accounts training

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Technology/Engineering.
  • 3-5 years in the advertising, preferably advertising technology ecosystem (SSP, DSP, Data providers, creative and measurement solutions)
  • Demonstrated ability to balance service and revenue objectives 
  • Strong external and internal-facing relationship skills
  • Highly organized, wants ownership, and able to multi-task
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Good quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to understand and manage complex third-party integrations, especially in the sectors mentioned
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive, creative, entrepreneurial mindset of high ownership
  • High technical literacy and ability to learn new software
  • Adept at building and scaling partnership processes
  • Patient and active listener
