We are seeking a dynamic Channel Marketing Manager for Distribution, Latam to join our team in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Mex. or Buenos Aires, Arg. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth through our distribution channels across Latin America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive channel marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue in Latin American markets
- Collaborate with distribution partners to create and execute joint marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities
- Manage relationships with key distribution partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives and brand standards
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and marketing materials tailored to the Latin American market
- Oversee budget allocation and track ROI for channel marketing programs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and support for channel initiatives
- Monitor and report on channel performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in channel marketing and distribution
- Travel within Latin America to support partners and attend industry events as needed
REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in channel marketing or related field, with a focus on distribution partnerships
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of Latin American markets, business practices, and cultural nuances
- Willingness to travel within Latin America as required
- Experience working with global brands and managing cross-cultural teams is highly desirable
- Must be proficient in English
SKILLS:
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM software and marketing analytics tools
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Results-oriented mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
