Channel Manager - Benelux

Your mission:

You will have a critical role in driving our company's partner strategy and growth for the Benelux region. You will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our partners, identifying new partnership opportunities, and working closely with the Partner Account Executive and the Partnership Lead.
This role is ideal for a collaborative, relationship-focused individual with a deep understanding of partner ecosystems and a proven track record in partner account management.


The team:
The partner team is crucial in Tellent’s GTM strategy: our team’s mission is to become the main source of new business revenue in the Benelux region. You will be part of the Benelux GTM team whilst working closely with your fellow Partnerships team members.

Your 12-month journey:

The first couple of months you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about Recruitee and our partner programs: understand the product and our tech stack, meet our Benelux partners, the teams and more. You’ll be assigned your partner portfolio, start introducing yourself to them whilst onboarding your first new partners to the network.


After three months, you will have taken full ownership of the day-to-day partner operations of the partners in your portfolio, you’ll know everything there is to know about the products and the programs, and what key initiatives lie ahead.


After 12 months, you’ve mastered the way we attract, manage, and enable our partners at Tellent and you have a huge impact on the partner business in Benelux. You've also recruited a wealth of high-value partners, delivered projects to improve our programs, and collaborated with key stakeholders internally to become an integral part of our GTM motion in Benelux.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and implement partner growth strategies to drive revenue

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing partners

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners that align with our company's strategic goals

  • Ensure partner-sourced business (leads, deals) is tracked and reported accurately

  • Oversee partner portfolio pipeline (joint with PAE)

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners’ success (i.e. they have the necessary enablement, education, and support)
