About the Role

The Channel and Distribution Operations Specialist will work alongside the Keeper Security Channels team in supporting the on-boarding, training and pre-sales efforts involving value-added resellers and distributors. You will be responsible for communicating the value proposition and features of Keeper to partner representatives and supporting the operations of our channel program.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with channel partners to qualify and advance partner-sourced leads.
  • Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate channel sales.
  • Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions.
  • Oversee specific partner-focused events to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineering representatives within our partner organizations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates on activities and issues in Salesforce.
  • Handle distribution contracts, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Leverage Keeper Field CAMs to work closely with distribution sales teams in the market.
  • Collaborate with Keeper and Distribution Field Marketing teams to develop pipeline through events.
  • Work with Keeper’s specialty distributors, including Ingram Micro EMEA and Carahsoft USA, in the APAC, EMEA, and ANZ regions.
  • Participate as part of the Channels team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a car on behalf of the company.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of channel sales support or relevant experience
  • Basic project management skills
  • Content creation and training skills
  • Strong Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Good technical capabilities, sales skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, Google Suite heavily preferred
  • Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
