BlueCat is searching for a Channel Account Manager to aggressively expand our channel presence, and enhance relationships with our valuable channel partners, in Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America, and South America (LATAM). 
 
Responsibilities: 
- Focus on net new business in LATAM generated by the Channel 
- Develop strong relationships and be viewed as a “trusted advisor” with LATAM BlueCat partners and grow the partner relationship 
- Educate partners on best practices to support their client base successfully and reflect the BlueCat brand as a market leader in LATAM 
- Build and implement a business development and revenue plan with LATAM BlueCat Partners 
- Ensure alignment of the strategy with the LATAM BlueCat Partner sales teams; understand their coverage models and strategies; know their focus in areas of target accounts, verticals, geography, and market coverage 
- Manage deal registration, forecast and pipeline with LATAM BlueCat Channel Partners, coordinate partner engagement and sales activities with BlueCat Regional Sales Teams 
- Drive joint opportunity development activities with LATAM Channel Partners through account mapping, marketing activities, coordinating marketing budget, and utilizing BlueCat Channel Marketing Programs 
- Provide insight on partners’ needs to internal teams on a regular basis; represent their views, requirements, and experience throughout the organization 
-Recruit, enable, and nurture distributor and resell partners throughout LATAM 
-Develop and execute a strategy to drive 100% channel strategy that encompasses mid-market, enterprise, and strategic customer acquisition via reseller and MSP partnerships in LATAM 
-Align with the LATAM regional BlueCat Sales Team to foster reseller relationships and engagement to drive net new business throughout the region 
  
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required: 
- University degree required or equivalent 
- 7 – 10 years of experience in Enterprise Sales and/or Channel Experience 
- Understanding of tiered channel sales models 
- Self-directed, excellent verbal and written communication skills 
- Outstanding time management skills and strong business acumen 
- Proactive and initiative to get things done, flexibility 
- Ability to work tactfully through challenging client issues 
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish  
- 50% travel is expected 
- Must be resident in Mexico(Mexico City preferred)
