Founded in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2017 and headquartered in Weston, Florida, our team is widely distributed throughout the Americas. In May of 2023, Digibee closed a Series B funding round of $60 million that is intended to drive our expansion in the United States.

 

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Channel Account Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our channel partners, driving sales growth through these channels, and exceeding your assigned targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage relationships:
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners that align with our strategic goals.
    • Build strong, collaborative relationships with existing channel partners.
    • Understand partner needs and challenges, and develop solutions to help them succeed.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for partners within our company.

 

  • Drive sales through channel partners:
    • Develop and execute channel sales plans that achieve or exceed assigned targets.
    • Work collaboratively with partners to identify and pursue qualified leads.
    • Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification to deal closure.
    • Negotiate and close deals with partner accounts.

 

  • Grow the channel program:
    • Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for channel expansion.
    • Develop and implement channel marketing programs to generate leads and awareness.
    • Track and measure channel performance and provide feedback to partners and internal stakeholders.

 

  • Other responsibilities:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
    • Participate in training and development opportunities.
    • Contribute to the overall success of the channel sales team.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a channel focus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of [industry] and [company's products/services] a plus.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred.
