 The Opportunity  

We are in search of a passionate Change Manager with unique skills and fresh ideas; who loves what they do and wants to have fun doing it.

As part of the Transformation &  Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading change management activities for identified initiatives and projects across a range of areas. If you have recent experience implementing ERP, finance, or customer technology solutions; or if you have a strong culture change background, we want to hear from you.

In this role you will be accountable for:   

  • Designing and implementing change management and communication strategies  
  • Engaging key stakeholders at all levels, to ensure the successful delivery of change management initiatives; with an emphasis on developing change management mindset and maturity   
  • Developing change management tools and artefacts for business stakeholders to sustain their introduced changes   
  • Undertake business diagnostics to assist in the measurement of change management effectiveness   
  • Mentoring and coaching stakeholders to be effective change leaders   

 

About You 

We are looking for someone with:  

  • Substantial experience in leading change management activity in complex organisational change projects  
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field    
  • PROSCI (or equivalent change management certification) and experience (certifications desirable)    
  • Coaching experience at peer and senior management level to support leaders to effectively implement and embed change within their teams  
  • Project management and/or business analyst experience desirable   
  • Highly developed facilitation skills
