Summary

The Change Management Team Lead oversees a variety of process improvements and activities within operations. This includes planning, implementing, and auditing new initiatives, whether standalone or part of larger projects affecting multiple work groups or departments. Responsibilities encompass data analysis, research, process mapping, designing improvements, auditing performance metrics, obtaining stakeholder agreement, implementing changes, and monitoring outcomes.


Additional duties include:

  • Collaborate with, and guide direct and indirect reports
  • Contribute to the selection, development, and deployment of staff
  • Provide input as to the management of team performance, compensation, and feedback
  • Design and develop short and long-term strategies to manage change, taking into account the specific needs and objectives of the organization
  • Identify key stakeholders who will be affected by change and develop communication plans to keep them informed throughout the process
  • Engage across the organization to address concerns, gather feedback, and build support for change
  • Set objectives, prioritize, and anticipate opportunities or threats to successful change implementation and develop strategies to mitigate
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives, track key performance indicators, and evaluate the effectiveness of change management efforts
  • Understand the impact of changes on existing processes, policies, and technology
  • Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and present confidently to upper management as required
  • Maintain documentation related to change management activities and provide regular reports to senior management on the status of change initiatives
  • Seek opportunities to improve change management process for the enhancement of future efforts
