Requirements
To excel in this role, you will need: -
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in large-scale organizational transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experienced at developing and delivering change management plans, communication strategies, and training programs.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in high-pressure situations.
