We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Change Management Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of our organization's change management processes, including cyber security remediation, release management, and account maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate penetration testing finding tickets: You will be responsible for managing the tickets generated from penetration testing findings. This will involve ensuring that all tickets are accurately logged, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Release management: You will coordinate the planning, scheduling, and controlling of software builds, tests, and releases, ensuring that all changes are implemented smoothly and effectively.
  • Cyber security remediation coordination: You will work closely with our cyber security team to coordinate remediation efforts. This will involve tracking remediation progress, ensuring that all security vulnerabilities are addressed, and communicating updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Infrastructure (O&I) teams for security remediation: You will serve as the liaison between our O&I teams and the cyber security team, ensuring that all security remediation efforts are aligned and coordinated effectively.
  • Coordinate certificate renewals and updates: You will be responsible for tracking and coordinating the renewal and updating of all security certificates. This will involve working closely with our IT department and third-party vendors.
  • Account Maintenance: You will oversee the maintenance of all user accounts, ensuring that all accounts are kept up-to-date and that any issues are promptly addressed

This is a hybrid work opportunity, requiring attendance at the customer's office in Warsaw twice a week for team relationship-building purposes.

Due to the nature of our work in the financial market, candidates will be subject to detailed background screening including education, employment history, and criminal record.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in change management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of cyber security best practices and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
