Change coordinator/Change manager ( REF3291Z)

Full-Time
  • Validate the incoming change requests (e.g. infrastructure, network in IT service operations)
  • Working in various ticketing systems (SNOW etc.)
  • Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and processing incoming e-mails
  • Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders during the whole change lifecycle
  • Facilitate meetings with resolution team and customer
  • Responsible for successful planning, execution, and completion of changes
  • Monitoring the processes and make improvement suggestions
  • Act as a single point of contact of different customers (escalation handling, investigation of process gaps, process owner)
  • Taking part of internal and customer projects
  • Supporting presales activities
  • Responsible for effectively communicating to stakeholders at all levels – from leadership to individual contributors – to keep them informed and engaged as necessary
  • Provider management (act as an interface between the provider and the customer with the focus of the customer processes, the contract and SLAs)
  • German and English (at least B2)
