- Validate the incoming change requests (e.g. infrastructure, network in IT service operations)
- Working in various ticketing systems (SNOW etc.)
- Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and processing incoming e-mails
- Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders during the whole change lifecycle
- Facilitate meetings with resolution team and customer
- Responsible for successful planning, execution, and completion of changes
- Monitoring the processes and make improvement suggestions
- Act as a single point of contact of different customers (escalation handling, investigation of process gaps, process owner)
- Taking part of internal and customer projects
- Supporting presales activities
- Responsible for effectively communicating to stakeholders at all levels – from leadership to individual contributors – to keep them informed and engaged as necessary
- Provider management (act as an interface between the provider and the customer with the focus of the customer processes, the contract and SLAs)
- German and English (at least B2)
