OVERVIEW:
Come be a part of a global sports organization. Join our Client-Setup & Integration team and work closely with our largest customers to provide first-class technical support and guidance throughout the entire customer journey with Sportradar. As a Certification Engineer, you will be responsible for the certifications of clients’ software solutions and the integration of Sportradar services within the client platforms.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Be responsible for performing certifications of the clients’ software solutions and for the integration and support of our sports betting and sports media products.
- Work closely with clients’ IT departments and Sportradars' Integration team with the purpose of integrating new or existing clients to Sportradar services.
- Trouble-shoot and report issues to development teams.
- Actively manage certifications and integration of clients following Sportradar’s standard processes based on internal and external client integration guidelines.
- Communicate directly with international key clients.
- Escalate unresolved issues.
- Help clients with the implementation/integration of data feed (on the network and on application level) with rapid reaction to any client issues during integration.
- Actively communicate with the technical departments of the customer to align software certifications and oversee all aspects of client implementation.
YOUR PROFILE:
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
- Demonstrated success interfacing with high profile clients and providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, web technologies, XML, Json, SDK, JAVA, Python, Groovy, C, C++, or Perl is beneficial.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on communicating highly technical and complex topics to a non-technical audience.
- Ability to learn quickly and to acquire new technical skills, software products, and technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
