FutureSight is hiring an experienced and visionary Founding CEO for a B2B fintech data platform. The new venture is revolutionizing how asset managers handle investment data. Portfolio managers spend hours daily processing unstructured information, leading to inefficiency and high costs. The platform consolidates and analyzes data from multiple sources into one platform, providing AI-driven insights and real-time summaries. Targeting small to mid-sized firms with $100M to $10B in assets as the initial market, our solution enables faster, smarter investment decisions, transforming the asset management process for better efficiency and returns.
We are aiming to launch in early 2025.
Work has already begun in the studio. The idea has been validated through customer interviews. The product scope and pilot customer have been identified and are ready to build.
As a Founding CEO, you will:
- Develop and lead the go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.
- Be responsible for the strategic direction of the venture, including fundraising and early team building.
- Provide feedback and work with the product development team to deliver the MVP. FutureSight will support early product development capabilities.

FutureSight is a leading venture studio that co-creates world-class software companies with values-driven entrepreneurs from inception to exit. We are a team of founders, operators and designers with experience successfully bringing software to market at scale.
You’ll work closely with John Carbrey, a 4x entrepreneur who has experience across several verticals in B2B SaaS and bootstrapped his past venture from 0 to $100M in ARR.
You’ll also work closely with some of our other leaders, including Joshua, a seasoned CFO and strategic advisor who has taken tech companies to exit with a value of over $200M; Kevin, a product leader who specializes in taking companies successfully from 0 to 1 and beyond; Alan, a world recognized expert in early stage idea validation with 5 books selling 3 million copies, 24 product/services launched, and an exit; and Prathna, an active early stage investor and strategic advisor to founders on capital strategy, growth and team development.

Domain Knowledge and Experience:
- B2B Fintech experience in the Asset management industry/ Front office domain
- Proven track record in building in the B2B fintech space
- Sales Experience
- Strong background in direct B2B sales
- Leadership
- Exceptional communication, team-building and ability to inspire a team towards a North Star goal.

You will be building:
- A team, a product, a revenue model, a business and an investor base.
Ownership
- You will own the P/L of the new entity.
- You will have a significant equity stake in the new business.
- This is a full-time role. We are looking for someone to commit full-time and exclusively to building and owning a new SaaS venture.
Requirements
- Relevant domain expertise and/or industry advantage in the professional investment analysis space (institutional buy side, sell side, or corporate M&A), you understand this industry and are passionate about solving the challenges in this industry
