Purpose of the role
Digital Catapult has an exciting opportunity for a Centre Facilities Manager to join our growing Northern Ireland team. This role has responsibility for the operation of office facilities for Digital Catapult Northern Ireland which includes the UK Digital Twin Centre. You will ensure we have a professionally presented, safe and healthy environment, suitably formatted for modern working practices, and will be accountable for service excellence including front of house, office services/space provision, storage, cleaning, security and maintenance. You will also support safe and efficient operation of our technical facilities through oversight, advice and guidance and manage hybrid working needs across the team. Working as part of the wider operational team you will provide guidance on changes needed as the business evolves and the regional team grows. Supporting the specification and commissioning of additional space as needed. Your role will also support Health & Safety, ISO 9001/27001 and Business Continuity for the regional office.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (Experience)
To be considered for this role you should have strong facilities management experience, managing budgets, creating new facilities within a busy office and events space environment.
Experience of supplier management covering the full range of facilities related services and the associate management of contracts and relationships is essential along with knowledge or H&S safety legislation in relation to running an office. A relevant qualification in H&S/Facilities would be an advantage eg IOSH.
