- Writing original copy for workforce communications, including newsletters, lifecycle comms, and engagement campaigns;
- Proofreading and editing copy written by other stakeholders;
- Developing creative ideas and concepts, working closely with local teams from both DE and NL markets;
- Performing additional duties and support with other ad hoc campaigns;
- Taking part in brainstorms with our Workforce Ops team;
- Actively taking responsibility when needed, no matter the task.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely;
- Business Fluent English
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to think critically under tight deadlines;
- Copywriting experience;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment;
- Strong work ethic and listening skills while also being able to tackle multiple projects at once;
- Passion and skill for writing and communicating is a plus;
- German speaking is a plus;
