Our client is seeking a Central Regional Sales Representative for a remote position based in Fairfield, OH. This role focuses on managing new business processes, developing customer relationships, and driving growth in targeted accounts. The position requires regular travel and collaboration with various internal teams to achieve sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the new business process, including lead management and qualification
- Develop targeted marketing and sales materials for customer acquisition
- Implement strategic account plans to meet individual, team, and organizational sales goals
- Collaborate with internal technical sales teams and external representatives to target new customers
- Ensure profitable bookings and meet growth objectives for new accounts
- Serve as the key advocate for new accounts within the organization
- Conduct regular reviews and assist in pricing negotiations to maintain account satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external decision-makers
- Provide summary reports on new account activities and track key business opportunity metrics
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent in a technical or business-related discipline
- 8 years of sales experience in a complex global manufacturing environment
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM systems
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and meetings
