Responsibilities:
Establish and implement sizing, tiering, and maturity assessments across the CEMEA region to facilitate improved bespoke go to market strategies. Analyze client needs across focus markets and identify opportunities for scalable solutions. Design and develop value propositions and solutions that effectively highlight our unique strengths in Digital, Social, and Card at scale. Continually broaden the scope of engagements through strategic thought leadership, focusing on demand creation Work with subject matter experts in the CEMEA Hub team to package solutions and create playbooks Craft and execute go-to-market strategies, setting ambitious goals, defining success metrics, developing engaging assets, and coordinating plans with client marketing partners in sub regions. Develop and present clear, concise executive-level communications to provide regular updates on progress and financial performance. Lead the design function, envision, package, and pitch opportunities to client marketing teams to consistently drive growth. Oversee the development and launch of strategic projects, create a process within the team for stronger integration of our activities, and collaborate with our global team to enhance our platforms, driving efficiency and effectiveness, particularly in reporting.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
- Minimum 15 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or at least 13 years of experience with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/ JD/MD).
- Independent, self-starter with a proven record of driving complex strategies across teams.
- Strong relationship-building experience with the ability to influence, collaborate, and work across countries and various business units to execute strategies and business development.
- Ability to structure and manage complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels.
- Able to identify issues, conduct analyses, synthesize findings, and make strategic recommendations.
- Personal presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior-level executives; excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities.
- Client marketing, consulting, sales, or other client-facing experience required.
- Ability to quickly understand our clients’ business strategies and needs and use that to identify opportunities for joint marketing programs that deliver growth for the client and Visa.
- Deep understanding of the payments marketing landscape and working knowledge of payment product economics preferred.
- Comfortable operating in ‘white space,’ proactively pursuing new ideas and capabilities; building out a “playbook” approach enabling scalable and repeatable solutions.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to partner with all divisions of Finance.
