We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect with a specialization in Customer Data Management to join our Fortune 100 financial services client’s MarTech organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solutions architecture, particularly in data management and digital marketing technologies, with a proven track record of successfully implementing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs). As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust data architecture to meet our client’s evolving MarTech needs.

- Location: Hybrid in Riverwoods, IL strongly preferred (Fully remote will be considered)

What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and implementation of comprehensive data management solutions, with a focus on Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), to meet the specific requirements of our clients.
- Evaluate and select appropriate database architectures, including Graph, Relational, and NoSQL databases, considering their implications on business objectives and data privacy regulations.
- Define and implement application data architectures that facilitate seamless data integration, enhance data quality, and support effective decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data models, ETL processes, and data integration strategies that align with project goals and client expectations.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and customer data platforms; share knowledge with internal teams and clients.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in solutions architecture, with a significant focus on data management, digital marketing technologies, and CDP implementation.
- Expert knowledge of various database technologies (Graph, Relational, NoSQL) and their applications in customer data management.
- Demonstrated capability to evaluate and select database architectures, with a comprehensive understanding of their impact on business objectives.
- Strong foundation in data architecture, data modeling, and ETL processes, with familiarity in data integration and quality tools.
- In-depth knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA) and their implications on database and CDP architecture.
- In-depth knowledge of CDP vendors, features, capabilities, and best practices.
- Proven hands-on CDP implementation history.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Commitment to staying at the forefront of technological trends in data management and customer data platforms.
- Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Platform
Preferred Qualifications:
- Financial services experience is preferred, preferably within the credit card space.

The pay range for this role is $85-90 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
