For our team in Amsterdam, we're actively looking for a full time CDD Analyst with midlevel experience that can help us with the CDD (Customer Due Dilligence) for our investors.
Please note: Being fluent in Dutch both written and verbal is a real plus as the majority of our customers are Dutch investors.

What you will do
- Perform due diligence checks on Investors in our feeders and fund-of-funds, collect and verify relevant due diligence documentation;
- Prepare and review, as required, Subscription Agreements for Investors in our feeders and fund-of-funds;
- Communicate directly with our Investors and be the first point of contact for onboarding-related matters;
- Prepare and keep up-to-date Investor Acceptance Forms and Investor Review Forms in accordance with our policies and procedures;
- Ensure appropriate and timely screening of Investors and their related parties in Refinitiv WorldCheck 1;
- Ensure that the Investor profiles in our online Investor portal are up-to-date and complete;
- Assist with fund closing processes, prepare and review corresponding closing documentation as required;
- Assist with recurring regulatory filings and general administrative tasks as assigned by the Compliance Manager from time to time.
