CCTV Operator

JOB TITLE: CCTV Operator

LOCATION: New Square Shopping Centre

SHIFT PATTERN: 6 on - 3off, 56 hours per week

PAY RATE: £11.66 per hour

Duties include

• Conduct regular CCTV patrols of the shopping centre (Carparks / malls/ Service areas)

• Manage the Access/egress to the centre

• Respond and manage emergency incidents and escalate to emergency services when

required.

• Updating daily reports to ensure incidents and patrols are being logged.

• Collaborate with local businesses to ensure information is being passed over.

• Working closely with the client team on site and completing tasks.

Requirements

• Valid SIA CCTV License

• Great communication skills

• Able to prioritise and work well under pressure.

• Ability to remain calm and handle stressful situations

• Must be Computer literate and have great communication skills
