Aspire Living & Learning is seeking a Shared Living Coordinator (SLC) to support and oversee Home Care Providers to ensure the overall health and safety of the individuals supported in Shared Living arrangements. The SLC collaborates with the Aspire management team, coworkers, state agencies, family members, guardians, medical/mental health providers and others in the community to make sure individuals are safe, their needs are met, and their lives are as rich and fulfilling as possible
Schedule: This position typically operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. However, flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends is required to meet the needs of CCH Providers, especially for monthly visits. Extensive travel and the use of a personal vehicle are essential to this role.
