Casino Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Casino Operations Coordinator at Better Collective. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our casino operations. The casino operations coordinator will ensure that the gaming content is continually refreshed and competitive, enhancing user engagement and retention. This role is pivotal for maintaining a robust relationship with game providers and staying ahead in a competitive market.

Important note: Please, note that this role operates during evening hours with flexibility from 14:00 - 00:00, primarily between 15:00 - 23:00. This arrangement accommodates our stakeholders across multiple time zones in the USA (New York, Florida, and Tennessee) and Europe. 

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Oversee the operation of the casino sections on our O&O properties, ensuring a fresh and competitive offering of games
• Liaise with game providers to secure new games and demos, staying ahead of industry trends and advancements
• Request and manage our game portfolio offering throughout our properties. Request content and manage the game releases
• Work closely with the Organic and content teams to manage all casino game-related content, ensuring accuracy and coverage
• Coordinate with multiple game providers to discuss and secure upcoming game releases
• Analyze market trends to recommend potential new features
• Coordinate internally to upload and manage the release of new games and promotions
