Summary of Responsibilities:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or other approved payment methods
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cashier area
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns or issues that may arise
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations to meet guest satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints regarding payment issues
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
Requirements
- Only for Indonesian Citizen
- Proven experience with minimum of 2-3 years in the same field
- Prior background from Restaurant/Club/Night Club is an advantage
- Hospitality appearance, honest, initiative, creative and open minded
- Attentive to detail and accuracy
- Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work outdoors under direct sunlight; in all weather conditions
- Diploma in Accounting, F&B Division, Hospitality, or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
