The Cash Applications Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Cash Applications team & aid the Cash Applications Manager, covering EMEA region across both SAP & Oracle, key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with our outsource partner
- Help drive the team to meet targets which include timely allocation of cash received
- Helping to reduce the amount of unallocated cash
- Assisting with the processing of month end bank reconciliations
- Assisting the team with professional and personal development
- Help drive continuous improvement to Cash Apps processes
- Providing ad hoc assistance to the Cash Applications Manager.
- Assisting with the onboarding of new staff
- Assisting with the onboarding of new work coming into the team
Experience we're looking for:
- Experience managing a small team in a senior / supervisory role
- Strong excel Knowledge
- Previous experience using SAP or Oracle ERPs would be beneficial
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Highly adaptable to change
- Strong communication skill
- Ability to complete tasks to a high standard in a time sensitive environment
- Previous working knowledge of banking platforms
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions advantageous
- Willingness to travel when required
- Experience working with an offshore team would be beneficial
