The Cash Operations Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Cash Operations team & aid the Cash Operations Manager, covering both EMEA & Americas regions across SAP & Oracle, key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with our outsource partner
- Assisting the team with the management of open reconciling items
- Reviewing the Month End bank reconciliations
- Preparation of the month end master reconciliation tracker
- Providing support to the group treasury function
- Bank Platform administration
- Help drive continuous improvement to Cash Ops processes
- Providing ad hoc assistance to the Cash Operations Manager
Experience we're looking for:
- Ideally would have previous experience managing a small team in a senior / supervisory role
- Strong excel Knowledge
- Previous experience using SAP or Oracle ERPs
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Highly adaptable to change
- Strong communication skill
- Ability to complete tasks to a high standard in a time sensitive environment
- Previous working knowledge of banking platforms
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable & Receivable functions advantageous
