Cased Hole Wireline Supervisor Application Link
Under the direction of the Field Operation Manager, performs basic Wireline services out of our Estevan, Saskatchewan, Canada location. Duties and responsibilities include the proper maintenance of tools and equipment, crew supervision, ensuring compliance to policies, managing information and customer data, and customer relations. The employee will be capable of working autonomously on tasks covering services in Cased Hole domains. Additionally, they should be contributing toward improvements in service quality which includes failure analysis, processes and procedures, and customer service
Responsibilities and duties:
- Oversee Cased Hole Wireline jobs.
- Test and maintain equipment in the shop and in the field.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on company owned and rental equipment in the field.
- Recommend measures to improve methods, performance, and quality to increase efficiency.
- Accurate and thorough completion of job reports in a timely basis.
- Know and understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
- Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.
- Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
Desired Experience:
- Cased Hole Wireline Supervisor experience
- Ability to run and manage a Wireline truck/crew
- General Wireline product knowledge
- Sound mechanical aptitude
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Self-motivator, self-starter
- Work independently in a leadership role, yet able to work in a team environment
- Ability to complete Weatherford Safety Training
- Ability to obtain blaster’s permit and NRCan approval letter
