We are looking for a customer-centric Case Manager with excellent attention to detail to join our Direct Sales team here at Selina Finance! This role will be crucial in managing the pipeline of loan applications efficiently and quickly, requiring the ability to communicate well with customers and Selina's underwriters and master Selina's application requirements and underwriting policy. This might be the job for you if you have experience in similar mortgage or consumer lending roles and have impeccable organisational and time management skills.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for packaging and submitting loan applications for customers who apply for a Selina loan directly from our online channels.
Assess the validity and adequacy of documentation obtained from applicants before submission into underwriting.
Communicate effectively both externally with customers and internally with underwriters and the advice team throughout the Selina loan application process.
Manage the application pipeline effectively and ensure customers are swiftly updated on the progress of their loan application, including any updates from underwriting and requests for further information when necessary.
Deal with customers over email and the telephone politely and professionally, providing a positive, smooth and reassuring experience.
What we offer:
£27,000 - £28,000 base salary, dependant on experience (review after successful probation period)
Monthly commission (based on completion of bases submitted to Underwriting)
