Attributes we look for in candidates include results orientation, drive, empathy, humility and adaptability. We also specifically recruit candidates who speak either German, Dutch, Italian, French, Spanish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian at a C2/Native level (visa sponsorship provided).
