Carrier Software Solution Sales Manager

Job Grade Range:

Software Solution Sales’ responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing existing and new business to existing and new customers, by using necessary resources to match customer requirements with Huawei solutions, including OCS, Billing, SaaS solutions focusing on rating, Billing and Revenue Management Solutions.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

  • Marketing analysis - Analyze the Carrier Software market environment, customer pain points and requirements, and explore opportunities for service improvement.
  • Solution development - actively understand each customer’s technology and business requirements and strategy; align Huawei solutions with the customer’s strategic objectives, technical and business requirements & pain points.
  • Customer engagement – establishes strong communication and engagement with customers, delivering solution values (value of expertise, value of solutions, and value of implementation expertise) matching customer requirements.
  • Sales project operation - develop opportunities from lead until closure, and lead resources and matrix manage the designated project team. Be responsible for solution planning and design, commercial quotation, solution presentation, solution clarification, and commercial negotiation, and be responsible for solution competitiveness, profitability, and deliverability.
  • Leverage Huawei Solutions – be proficient in bringing Huawei offers to bear on sales pursuits, managing sales cycles in the different Huawei solutions. Take the lead role in positioning and selling Huawei products and services.
  • Advance and close sales opportunities - through the successful execution of the sales strategy and roadmap. Negotiate early and seek a win/win strategy for Huawei and its customers.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales of complex Carrier Software, such as Online Charging System, Billing, Revenue Management ,CRM , Value-Added Services, or BSS(Business Support System) solutions
  • With the ability to understand customer requirements, be able to deeply understand and analyze customer requirements, and effectively manage customer expectations.
  • Experience in selling and aligning sales strategy with business model innovations and digital transformations.
  • Understanding of Rating, Charging and Billing and related business plan.
  • The skill of teamwork and organization is required.
  • Strong technical communication and solution presentation skills, High-level engagement skill with customer
  • Fluent English and Turkish as working language are desirable.
  • Proven track record of complex software sales projects.
