Requirements

Our future Dialectica team member has:

• 0-3 years of work experience, particularly in roles involving direct engagement with clients or the public.
• Academic achievement gained in any undergraduate field (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
• Fluency in English is a must, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interest and passion for mentoring and supporting others in their career journeys.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to engage positively with diverse audiences.
• A client service mentality, which means you are committed to go beyond others' needs to provide true value.
