Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers on a variety of HR topics such as career development, conflict resolution, and change management
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Manage the performance review process, including goal setting, feedback, and documentation
- Understand business objectives and talent needs to develop creative sourcing strategies that attract top talent
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Qualification
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist.
- Has 2 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration or a relevant field.
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Fluency in English.
