In our Middle-Office department, you will be working within the Card Management team.
Your main tasks :
- Manage and fully leverage the entire stack of partners and card solutions provided by MasterCard, Wordline, Marqeta, and IDEMIA. Participate in workshops, regular meetings with our partners et be the first point of contact
- Deliver and implement high standards and practices to ensure PCI-DSS, auditability etc.
- Manage the full life cycle, from the issuance to the termination of a card in support to the whole organization (such as case investigation, process and workflow improvement, chargebacks and dispute claim with Fraud Monitoring team etc.)
- Drive and support the automation in our internal tools for card management activity
- Business monitoring of the performance of the services, invoice and support migration initiated by the partners
- You have minimum 3 years of experience in a banking operations department and a card management skills will be highly valued
- You have a good knowledge of Visa and MasterCard guidelines, dispute rules and regulations
- You are fluent in French and also have very good command of English
- You are stress resistant and you have a good learning capacity
- You have the capacity to assume multiple tasks, work under stress, and adapt in a continuously changing environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical abilities
- You have a good communication, you are reliable and capable to prioritize
- You master the Office Pack (Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Word), and are generally interested in technical tools
