We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Card Issuing/Acquiring Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Card Issuing/Acquiring Data Entry Specialist will play a critical role in accurately managing cardholder and transaction data within our card issuing and acquiring systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of card operations, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately entering and updating card issuing and card acquiring-related tasks into the company's internal system;
- Processing card balances, meticulously reviewing and verifying the accuracy of cardholders' balances;
- Accurately updating cardholder information, including but not limited to card status details, and transaction history, into the company's card systems;
- Collaborating with other departments, including customer service, finance, and compliance, to ensure accurate and timely processing of cardholder data and transactions;
- Managing cardholder accounts and performing routine updates and maintenance tasks as needed;
- Responding to inquiries and requests from cardholders, internal teams, and external partners regarding transaction details and cardholder information;
- Adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards governing cardholder data security, privacy, and transaction processing.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus;
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role, preferably in a financial institution;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping;
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
