POSTION SUMMARY
- The Warehouse Material Handling Associate is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse. This role involves various tasks, including inventory management, material handling, and operating warehouse equipment, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Count and manage inventory on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Handle, move, and organize materials and products safely within the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols (certification required).
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
- Assist with cycle counts and audits as needed to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all compliance and safety regulations while performing job duties.
- Maintain quality assurance of all packaged products in accordance with local and state regulations.
- Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success.
SCHEDULE + SALARY
- Full time position
- Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- Pay is $17/hr
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus (candidates will be required to obtain certification upon hiring).
- Proactive attention to cleaning and sanitation
- Self-starter who can take instructions, follow directions, and work independently/with colleagues
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, multi-tasker, problem-solver, adaptable
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted
- Active and valid government issued photo identification
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain and maintain Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire) in accordance with State law.

WORKING CONDITIONS
- This is a hands-on position which involves the handling of cannabis products and packaged goods.
- You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment.
- Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times.
- Kneeling, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, walking, pivoting, standing (all expected activities)
- Plant pollen is present on surfaces and in the air, extraction fumes may also be present.
