POSTION SUMMARY
- The Inventory Associate is responsible for the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of products within the warehouse and inputting data Inventory into Excel and other systems. This role involves various tasks, including inventory management, data entry, material handling, and operating warehouse equipment, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- 70% of the position includes inputting data into Excel, counting inventory and problem solving
- Count and manage inventory on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Input daily/weekly Inventory in excel Spreadsheet
- Problem solving any inventory concerns
- Assist with cycle counts and audits as needed to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Labeling of product and racking as needed.

15% of the position includes material handling
- Receive, handle, move, and organize materials and products safely within the warehouse
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety protocols (certification training will be provided as needed).
- 15% of the position includes assisting in all departments as deemed necessary
- Assist in other duties as assigned to ensure the team, department, and company division maintain success.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet productivity goals.
SCHEDULE + SALARY
- Full time position
- Hours are Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- Pay is $17/hr
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Must be Proficient and have intermediate computer skills, including Excel and all Microsoft products
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tracking.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Forklift certification or experience is a plus (candidates will be required to obtain certification upon hiring).
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience is preferred.
- Self-starter who can take instructions, follow directions, and work independently/with colleagues
QUALIFICATIONS
- 21+ and currently residing in the USA
- Must be Proficient and have intermediate computer skills, including Excel and all Microsoft products
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Warehouse Experience, 1+ years (preferred)
- Dispensing Organization Agent Identification Card (obtained upon hire)

WORKING CONDITIONS
- This is a hands-on position which involves the handling of cannabis products and packaged goods.
- You will be working in an indoor production, warehouse-like environment.
- Rooms are industrially lit and feature heavy machinery sounds at times.
- Kneeling, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), bending, walking, pivoting, standing (all expected activities)
- Plant pollen is present on surfaces and in the air, extraction fumes may also be present.
