Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to focus on university recruiting and talent engagement. This role will support campus and non-campus pipeline-building efforts while leveraging influencer marketing techniques to create and maintain strong talent pools through engaging strategies.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 6-10 years in campus recruitment or university relations, preferably in tech.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Organization: Strong project management and attention to detail.
Technical: Proficient with recruitment software and tools.
