Keystone is in the early stages of a multi-year growth plan and we are building out an in-house recruiting team to get ahead of that curve. This Campus Recruiter position will expand our current capabilities by simultaneously creating a reliable pipeline of high-potential candidates for several critical areas of the business and building a premier experience for candidates and interviewers that is informed by data. In addition to developing a pipeline for early career talent, this is an opportunity to work directly with the partner-level leadership at the firm.

The location for this role is Boston or NYC with some days in the office each week, and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Recruiting, with Sr. Director of Recruiting based in Boston.

Individuals who are curious, flexible, and desire to stretch themselves will be most successful.

Responsibilities

  • Own the campus recruiting funnel from sourcing through offer
  • Identify, schedule, and attend campus events, coffee chats, 1:1 meet and greets
  • Manage candidate interview schedules and interviewer rosters
  • Collect and convey interview feedback
  • Execute on current campus recruiting demands (interns and FT hires) while also contributing to scaling the program up and out
  • Develop SOPs and best practices that lead to a fast and smooth experience for candidates and interview teams alike
  • Track and measure ROI from campus recruiting activity, events, and target schools
  • Report weekly updates and program efficacy to stakeholders and Senior Leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, campus recruiting experience is HIGHLY valuable
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies and tools
  • Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, etc.)
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and able to manage multiple complex candidate pipelines
  • Comfort with ambiguity and sharp problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  • Experience in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS
  • Experience in the professional services and consulting industries
