What will your new role involve?
Setting up and executing marketing campaigns on our platforms
Optimizing various campaign processes
Checking and monitoring our competitors’ activities
Leveraging market-specific insights - what works in one country could (or could not) work in the other
Strong cooperation with other Allegro teams, such as Sales, Category Management, Advertising
What skills will help you to excel in this role?
Native knowledge of Czech and an advanced level of English (C1)
Project Management skills, ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams
Experience with setting up and managing marketing campaigns will be an added advantage
Strong communication skills
Data-driven mindset and analytical skills
MS Office or Google Suite Tools, Jira will be a plus
Adaptability and flexibility - e-comm is a dynamic business, so things may change rapidly
