Campaign Manager

The Role:

The Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that are tailored to our target customer segments. This role requires a deep understanding of the life science market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in creating and optimizing campaigns that deliver marketing qualified leads (MQLs) and achieve revenue goals.

Primary responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's strategic goals, target customer segments and taking into consideration the appropriate channels to drive demand.
  • Create and manage content and tactical plans that effectively communicate tailored messaging to target customer segments.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign alignment and maximize impact.
  • Utilize a deep understanding of commonly used marketing techniques and life science channels to drive demand and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Analyse campaign performance data, set up dashboards, and provide insights to optimize campaigns based on data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the target customer segments, including their needs, pain points, and behaviours.
  • Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and incorporate best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness

We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills and experience

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in marketing within the life science tools industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a dynamic environment, particularly with Sales, Service, Product Management, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Deep understanding of commonly used marketing techniques and specific life science channels.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities

  • We anticipate a salary between £45,000 and £55,000 for this role, depending on the candidate’s experience.
