Campaign Insights & Analytics Associate

We are seeking an intellectually curious and data-obsessed individual to join our team as a Campaign Insights & Analytics Associate. This role will be based in Ukraine and will involve working closely with our US-based Client Success & Video Activation teams to provide insights, manage data, and enable strategic recommendations for our clients & prospects. This role would also work in conjunction with our Ukraine-based Product and Tech teams to share insights for improving our software as well as testing new feature roll-outs. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous working environment while also being comfortable collaborating with team members on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

●Monitor and identify delivery trends across networks, dayparts, and audience demographics.
●Track and analyze live campaign performance, synthesizing delivery and attribution insights for internal teams and external clients.
●Utilize data to find compelling stories and prepare for strategic client meetings, including quarterly business reviews.
●Audit client pixel activity to detect anomalies and raise to client teams.
●Collaborate with internal client teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
●Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to streamline data analysis processes.
●Collaborate with US Client Success & Video Activation teams to enable smarter media planning & optimizations.

Qualifications:

●Bachelor's degree, with that degree in a related field a plus (e.g., Business, Marketing, Advertising).
●At least 3 years of experience in reporting and analytics, preferably in advertising or media.
●Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
●Excellent communication and presentation skills.
●Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
●A keen interest in TV advertising and technology.
●Fluent in English

Tools:

●Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
●Intermediate Excel knowledge including pivot tables, formulas, and formatting
●Experience with VBA/Macros is beneficial
●Proficiency in Google Suite
●Familiarity with email and Slack communication tools
