Call Sales Person (For Healthcare) Role - Remote Job / Hybrid

Client Acquisition

  • Identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, community outreach, and marketing leads.
  • Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and lead conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach target markets and demographics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
  • Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage client relationships, and generate reports.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the sales process.
  • Attend community events, seminars, and workshops to promote our services and network with potential clients.

Market Research

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market insights, client needs, and potential growth opportunities.

Client Onboarding

  • Work closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Assist in onboarding, providing necessary documentation and information to new clients.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidate but optional in a sales role, preferably in healthcare, aged care, or disability services. Our team will be assisting you in the training and providing you an end to end service. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for client meetings and events.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the NDIS or Ageing Support sectors is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local community groups and networks.
