Client Acquisition
Identify potential clients through various channels, including referrals, community outreach, and marketing leads.
Conduct consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and lead conversion.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Strategy
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach target markets and demographics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage client relationships, and generate reports.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Act as the primary point of contact for new clients during the sales process.
Attend community events, seminars, and workshops to promote our services and network with potential clients.
Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team on market insights, client needs, and potential growth opportunities.
Client Onboarding
Work closely with the Client Success Manager to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
Assist in onboarding, providing necessary documentation and information to new clients.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidate but optional in a sales role, preferably in healthcare, aged care, or disability services. Our team will be assisting you in the training and providing you an end to end service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for client meetings and events.
Desirable:
Experience in the NDIS or Ageing Support sectors is a plus.
Familiarity with local community groups and networks.
