CAIS Solutions Sales Associate

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join the CAIS Solutions Sales team. As a part of this inaugural team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by supporting sales activities, generating leads, and contributing to the development of our SaaS product outreach strategies. You are passionate about the power of technology to alleviate operational pain points, specifically at the intersection of Alternative Investment and Independent Wealth Management spaces. Responsibilities 

  • Support the sales team in scheduling demos, preparing sales materials, and managing CRM data to ensure smooth sales operations 
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, including the creation of decks, drafting proposals, and summarizing notes-- ensuring all necessary documents and information are available 
  • Conduct market research to identify new leads and potential markets for our SaaS products. 
  • Engage with prospective clients through cold calls, emails, and social media to understand their needs and business priorities  
  • Assist in creating, maintaining and managing a pipeline of interested prospects and engage in follow-up communications to push leads through the sales funnel 
  • Participate in sales strategy meetings, providing insights and feedback from client interactions to help shape future sales approaches 
  • Document details of each prospective client interaction in Salesforce to improve the customer experience and drive deal closure 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns and content 
  • Stay up-to-date with fintech industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales and business development strategies 
  • Contribute to the enhancement of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process 
  • Develop exceptional CAIS Solutions product knowledge, alternative asset class knowledge, and industry knowledge 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in the Financial Services or Technology industries, with preference for selling wealth, investment, or financial data technology to Wealth Management firms 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective clients 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint  
  • Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM required 
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets 
  • Passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about new products and industry trends 
  • Ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively within an entrepreneurial work environment

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
