As a Millwork CAD Operator, you will play a key role in transforming architectural concepts into detailed, production-ready designs. You’ll collaborate closely with our design and production teams, ensuring every piece meets both aesthetic and functional standards. Key Responsibilities

Create detailed millwork shop drawings using AutoCAD, adhering to project specifications and standards.

Interpret architectural plans and specifications to develop accurate, production-ready designs.

Collaborate with project managers, and the production team to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals.

Optimize designs for manufacturability by considering materials, production methods, and installation requirements.

Review and revise designs to meet client feedback, code compliance, and internal quality standards.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
Qualifications

Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD

Experience in millwork, cabinetry, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
