Cabin Department Assistant

Global Jet is looking for an experienced Cabin Crew member from a VIP or luxury aviation background, seeking a rewarding ground-based role. We are looking for a Cabin Department Assistant to support our crewing operations and contribute to the success of our cabin team.


  • Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment process, including resume screening and interview coordination.
  • Documentation Management: Oversee the maintenance of personnel records, ensuring that all certifications, licenses, and documents are current and compliant.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate crew schedules, rotations, and leave requests to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communication: Act as the primary liaison between cabin crew members and management, addressing queries and fostering open communication.
  • Compliance: Ensure regulatory adherence and uphold company policies within crew management.
  • Reporting: Assist in generating reports on crew performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
