What we are looking for

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Actively partner with multiple stakeholders like Delivery, Product and others for timely invoicing
  2. Apply payments of invoices in the financial/ accounting systems
  3. Prepare and account for credit notes in the financial/ accounting systems
  4. Contribute to the automation of the payment application process to enhance efficiency
  5. Understand and manage the complexities of unbilled revenue, deferred revenue, and promotions accounting
  6. Assist with financial audits, including preparing reconciliations, providing support documentation, and communicating with external auditors
  7. Assist with activities related to period-end close, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  8. Drive continuous improvement and Business Process Improvement ("BPI") initiatives throughout Finance and the wider organization

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Applicants should have cleared their Foundation/CPT and IPCC in their first attempt and must have articleship experience in Big 4 or other reputed mid-size firms.
  • Strong academic background in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
