Duties and Role:

Under the direction / guidance of the Head of Acquisition Policy, the procurement policy support will:

• provide first-line administrative support to the Contract Award Board; and
• perform data entry, including but not limited to processing forms, maintaining internal databases and filing documents; and
• draft correspondence, including but not limited to memoranda and meeting minutes; and
• publish content to Agency web-based portals (e.g., SharePoint); and
• provide support to other policy initiatives, as required

Specific Working Conditions: The contractor is permitted to work off-site but on occasion may be required to provide support on NATO premises at the discretion of the Head of Acquisition Policy. This work must be accomplished by one contractor

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

• The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
• Desired Qualifications: A degree in a field relevant to the work effort, such as economics, international relations, or procurement.
• Desired Experience: NATO experience in a procurement environment and experience with SharePoint environments.
• Desired Knowledge: Knowledge of NATO procurement procedures.
• The candidate is able to speak and write fluent English since the work is conducted in English. The candidate must have the nationality of one of the NATO member nations
