Duties and Role:

The OD Project Coordinator roles and responsibilities;

  • Support a number of on-going OD projects, potentially take ownership and lead some small projects;
  • Lead the Communications, for all Organisational Development initiatives
  • Assist with admin tasks such as organising training, focus groups and keeping SharePoint sights up to date
  • Running meetings, taking notes, updating stakeholders and managing follow-up actions
  • Working with external providers to organise initiatives and implement tools
  • Project coordination and reporting in support of the Operational Plan and strategic objectives

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance
  • At least 1 year of experience in duties related to Organisational Development, or HR experience with a keen interest in OD activities
  • Excellent level of verbal and written English
  • Experience of managing, delivering and supporting projects
  • Great writing skills and a willingness to lead in the area of OD Communications
  • A fast learner and able to pick up new concepts and processes with ease
  • Experience working with stakeholders of all levels, including leadership
  • Organised, able to be proactive and take ownership
  • Continuous improvement mind-set

Desirable

  • Experience managing and delivering; change projects and HR projects;
  • Experience organising, managing and delivering communications
  • A broad knowledge of Human Resources or even better, broad experience of the different teams;
  • Previous experience using SharePoint.
